0035929457423 e–mail ena_optima@abv.bg www.enaoptima-bg.net     Ena Otpima Ltd. was registered at the Sofia City Court in 2005 for the purpose of carrying out energy audits, certification of buildings, energy surveying of enterprises and provision of energy efficient services pursuant to the Energy Efficiency Act (in particular the Regulation on surveying of energy efficiency, art. 1 and 2).   Since 9.03.2006 we have been certified under ISO 9001:2000 and that has made us the first company having received Quality Certificate among all companies registered with the Energy Efficiency Agency for carrying out energy audits and building certification.                Our company was entered under № 0001/05 in the Register of the Energy Efficiency Agency for carrying out energy audits and building certification and under №13/06 for energy surveying of industrial systems. We have 18 accredited specialists for surveying and certification of buildings and 5 accredited specialists for industrial systems. In addition to these teams in our company works trained and qualified staff for data processing and analysis, for special technical solutions, etc. – of total 50 experts.              For carrying out energy surveying we dispose of modern precise equipment. Our teams are mobile and technically equipped to work out of the office at any place all over the country, and if necessary in other countries too.               Our team of specialists is experienced in preparing energy analyses, conducting training in energy efficiency, other energy efficient measures, including energy auditing of buildings and industrial enterprises.                                           Some energy audits, made by the team are as follows:

    In 2004 our team organized training courses for the municipal and regional administrations on Identification, Development, Monitoring and Assessment of Energy Efficiency Projects within the project of the World Bank and the Ministry of Energy for Energy Efficiency Fund. We have published Teaching Aid for Identification, Development, Monitoring and Assessment of Energy Efficiency Projects.                 Ena-Optima Ltd. is a co-initiator and a co-founder of the Chamber of companies licensed to perform energy audits in Bulgaria.               One of the most serious fields of our business is identification of projects for use of biomass. We have methods to establish the energy potential of the biomass on a given territory (individual terrain, region, settlement or other territories).   Another field of our business is the application of cogeneration and its different technological solutions and fuel base.          In September Ena-Optima Ltd. jointly with Cogen-Bulgaria and Cogen Europe carried out the first qualification course in cogeneration in Southeast Europe.   In July Ena Optima Ltd. in consortium with two partner companies won the tender for a consultant of the Energy Efficiency Fund in Bulgaria.   In September Ena-Optima Ltd. with nine partner companies won a tender of the Energy Efficiency Agency for energy surveying of state and municipal buildings.   Ena-optima Ltd. has its own publishing house Energy Print for specialized literature and belles-lettres, advertising, video clips, films. The teams of the two companies jointly with representatives of scientific institutes prepare a number of materials and public campaigns for the forthcoming reconstruction of old residential buildings, incl. prefabricated construction.   In the last two years Ena optima Ltd. has expanded its working region to include Republic of Belarus. We have performed energy surveys of two buildings in Mogiliov in partnership with the Belarusian International energy efficiency center of the Energy efficiency Department and the International Sakharov Environmental University. In September 2008 Ena optima Ltd. is the first company in its business field to survey a castle – the castle in Nesvizh under the protection of UNESCO. The unique task is carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture of Belarus.
